Nils Petter Molvær announces Fluidity - a landmark

Nils Petter Molvær announces Fluidity - a landmark album in Nils Petter Molvær’s evolving body of work, bringing together the different sides of his music in one defining trio statement. His trio with Erland Dahlen and Jo Berger Myhre provides a direct and flexible setting for Molvær’s music, shaped through years of playing together. Drawing on jazz, rock, trip hop, electronic and ambient music, Fluidity combines the rhythmic intensity of KHMER with the atmospheric depth of Be Quiet, while pushing both worlds into a new trio setting.Release date 29 Jan 2027. First single, “Undulate”, out 06 Nov, 2026.
